SiteMason is a wholly owned subsidiary of Monster Labs, Inc. (MLI), a privately-held web technology business that specializes in application services and shared web hosting. The Nashville-based company was formed in September 1999 and is the creation of veteran Internet entrepreneurs Tim Moses, Thomas Conner, and Andrew Webber.
