NASHVILLE, Tenn. (www.tnutrojans.com) - Trevecca Nazarene University and SID Help have teamed up to re-launch the official Web site of TNU athletics.

 

The latest site offers viewers even more features and applications that will bring Trojan alumni and fans closer than ever to their favorite TNU teams and student-athletes. TNU is an official partner of the SIDHelp network.

 

In all SIDHelp is working with 20 conference athletic websites (including powering the TranSouth website) and 22 universities.

The website kicks off marks the end of one of Trevecca's most successful athletic years and the march toward the opening of the 2008-2009 athletic season.

 

"This re-launch of the TNU athletic website is an exciting step for us," said Brenda Patterson, TNU’s Director of Athletics. "The website is informative and easy to navigate. For TNU fans, alums, student-athletes, and the media, our new website will be one-stop shopping” added Patterson. "Our new website will better showcase our intercollegiate athletic programs and our student-athletes; it will serve as a tremendous recruiting tool for prospective student-athletes."

 

 "It is huge marketing tool for our athletic department. The opportunities that we have with the new website are endless. We will continue to invest additional resources so that we can continue to offer our fans and supporters the latest in web coverage."

 

The new www.TNUtrojans.com website includes:

• Enhanced navigation, graphics, and design that enable the browser to move about the site quicker and easier.

• A cutting edge news section including flash photos of the top news stories.

• Wider photos with large lead story pictures on the front page.

• New interactive photo gallery.

• Improved and interactive roster pages.

• Customized sports specific banners rotating on each sports home page.

• Updated news, stories, and statistics about all aspects of TNU intercollegiate athletics.

• Online shopping that will allow any loyal Trojan fan to purchase official TNU gear.

 

TNUtrojans.com will receive SIDHelp's suite of online and new media solutions which includes the new custom Web site design. The site will also feature DakStats live game technology, allowing fans to follow live statistical game action, details and full play-by-play of TNU's home game and selected road games.

 

About SID Help/eSolution Architects
Trevecca is the third member of the TranSouth Athletic Conference (Lambuth University and Bethel College) to have their website powered by the SIDHelp network. Two more TSAC member schools (Freed-Hardeman University and Mid-Continent University) will launch their new athletic sites powered by SIDHelp in the coming months.

 

The TranSouth is the first conference to take full advantage of the SIDHelp conference/member discount. The TranSouth will have a free site as long as at least five members continue to use SIDHelp.

 

SIDHelp is a customizable web application that will assist anyone that is responsible for entering and updating information for their conference, league or school website. From entering in schedules and rosters to updating pages on the site.
